Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays)
- Handmade or made-to-order items may take 3–10 business days to prepare before shipping
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Estimated delivery times:
- New Zealand: 2–7 business days
- Australia: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays or customs processing.
3. Tracking Information
- Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped
- Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear
4. Shipping Delays
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, we are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier services
- Customs clearance
- Weather or unforeseen events
5. Lost or Missing Packages
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:

- We will work with the courier to investigate the issue
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received.
